4 Healthy Home Made Smoothies

Servings : 1 to 2

Equipment Needed : Blender

Ingredients

Papaya Smoothie

1 Cup Frozen Papaya Chunks

1 Banana

1 Cup Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk)

1 Tbsp Cinnamon 

1 tsp Turmeric

 

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 1/2 Cup Frozen Sliced Strawberries

1  to 2 Bananas

1 Cup Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk)

1/4 Cup Oats

1 Large Tbsp  of Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

 

Blueberry Banana Smoothie

1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1-2 Bananas

1 Cup Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk)

1/4 Cup Oats

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

 

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

1 to 2 Bananas (Frozen slices is preferred)

1 Cup Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk)

1 Tbsp Wow Butter (or peanut butter)

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Maple Syrup 

5 Ice Cubes

Method

  1. For each of the above smoothies, place the listed ingredients in a blender and pulse/blend until smooth.
