Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Servings : 2 to 3

Equipment needed : Blender

Ingredients

1 Cup frozen blueberries

1/2 Cup fresh blueberries

1/4 Cup oats

2 Ripe bananas

1 Cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

1 tsp Cinnamon

Method

  1. Using a blender, add the frozen blueberries, fresh blueberries, oats, bananas, coconut milk (or milk of your choice), and cinnamon.
  2. Place the lid on the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
