Buffalo Chicken Dip

Servings : Serves 6 to 8 people

Equipment needed : 2 x Glass bowls (medium & large), 1 x oven safe dish


1 Cup blue cheese dressing

1/3 Cup blue cheese

1 Cup cream cheese, softened

1 Cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

1 Whole roasted chicken, shredded


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium sized glass bowl add the blue cheese dressing, blue cheese, cream cheese and Frank’s Red Hot Sauce.
  3. Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients together until smooth, creamy and well combined.
  4. Place the shredded whole chicken in a large glass bowl, then add the creamy sauce and stir until all the ingredients are combined and the chicken is completely coated with the sauce.
  5. Transfer the chicken mixture to an oven safe dish and evenly smooth the surface.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
