Chocolate Mouse Pudding Filling

Servings : Will ice a whole cake

Equipment needed : Stand mixer or hand mixer


1 Package of cream cheese, softened

1/2 Cup icing sugar

1/4 Cup chocolate chips, melted

2 Cups heavy whipping cream

1 Package of chocolate instant pudding


  1. Using a stand mixer or hand beater with a bowl, add the cream cheese and mix until creamy.
  2. Add the icing sugar and continue mixing, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula as you go along.
  3. Add the melted chocolate chips and beat again until well mixed, smooth and creamy.
  4. Next, pour in the heavy whipping cream and beat until just mixed.
  5. Then, add the package of instant chocolate pudding and beat well, scraping down the sides of the bowl, until thick, creamy and fluffy.
