Green Smoothie

Servings: 1 to 2

Equipment needed: Blender


1 Cup frozen mango

2 Bananas

1 Avocado

1 Cup fresh spinach 

1 Cup coconut milk (or your choice of milk)


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
