Homemade Guacamole

Servings : Serves 2 to 4 people

Ingredients

4 Ripe avocados, halved & seed removed

1 to 2 Garlic cloves, minced

½ a lemon, for squeezing

Pinch of salt & pepper

8 to 10 Cherry tomatoes, diced

1/2 Onion, diced

Method

  1. With a spoon, scoop out the avocado flesh from the halves and put it into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork or a masher to your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
  3. Add the garlic, squeezed lemon, salt & pepper, tomatoes and onion.
  4. Stir together until mixed, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold.
