Mango Smoothie

Servings : 1 to 2

Equipment needed : Blender


2 Ripe bananas

1 Cup frozen papaya, diced

1 Whole ripe mango, peeled & diced

1 Cup coconut milk (or your choice of milk)

1 tsp Cinnamon


  1. Using a blender, add the banana, papaya, mango, cinnamon and coconut milk (or milk of your choice).
  2. Put the lid on the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy drinking this tropical delight!
