Mango Ice Cream

Servings : Approximately 10

Equipment needed : Blender, stand mixer or hand mixer


1 Fresh ripe mango, peeled and diced

1/4 Cup mango pulp

2 Cups heavy whipping cream

1 Cup condensed milk 

8 Hours in the freezer


  1. In a blender add the diced mango, mango pulp and blend until smooth.
  2. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form, then add the condensed milk and beat until well mixed.
  3. Add the mango mixture to (b) and beat again, scraping down the sides of the bowl as you go along.
  4. Pour the mango ice cream mixture into a container and freeze for 8 hours.
