S'mores Dip

Servings : Serves 4 to 6 people

 

Equipment needed : Cast iron skillet 10”

Ingredients

1 Bag of large marshmallows

2 Cups dark chocolate chips

2 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

10-12 Crushed Graham Crackers

Sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Graham Crackers for serving

Method

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a bowl combine the dark chocolate chips and the semi-sweet chocolate chips and mix together.

  3. In a cast iron skillet add the crushed Graham Crackers in an even layer.

  4. Pour the chocolate chip mixture over the crushed Graham Crackers, and sprinkle some cinnamon over.

  5. Arrange the large marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips, standing up.

  6. Bake for approximately 6-8 minutes, watching that it does not burn, but goes golden brown and the marshmallows are softened.

  7. Remove from the oven and place the cast iron skillet on a heat resistant surface.

  8. Use extra Graham Crackers for serving.
