Strawberry Ice Cream

Servings : Approximately 10

Equipment needed: Blender, stand mixer or hand beater.


1 Cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped in half

2 Cups heavy whipping cream 

1 Cup condensed milk

8 Hours in the freezer


  1. Place the chopped strawberries in the blender and blend until pureed.
  2. Using a stand mixer or hand beater, whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add the condensed milk and continue mixing until well blended, then add the pureed strawberries and mix again, scraping down the sides of the bowl as you go along.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for 8 hours.
