Vanilla Mousse Pudding Filling

Servings: Will ice a whole cake

Equipment needed: Stand mixer or hand mixer


1 Package cream cheese

1/2 Cup icing sugar

2 Cups heavy whipping cream

1 Package instant vanilla pudding


  1. Using a stand mixer or hand  mixer with a large bowl, add in the cream cheese and mix for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the icing sugar and continue mixing, scraping down the sides as you go along, until creamy.
  3. Add the heavy whipping cream and mix for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides, then add the instant vanilla pudding and mix again.
  4. The pudding filling texture should become thick, creamy and fluffy.
